Well, but it reminded me of liver and before I was a veggie I used to LOVE liver with onions. Then I got crazy and stopped eating meat altogether. Teenagedom!

It's not just bloggifically uncorrect, i.e. un-vegetarian, it's actually whale meat. (I could send you the leftovers, blackcrag..) Yes, I know whales are really intelligent. *sigh* I wish people would be as concerned about people - say, in Guantanamo - as they are about animals. (And I really can't be bothered going into politics, but this is Norway's official statement on whaling..)
