Going up north

In 24 hours, exactly, we'll be sailing in this harbour. According to the weather forecast, it will stay like this for a while still - hopefully they're right!
Looking the other direction, also at 9 PM, you can see the sun is still high. And it won't set until July 22nd - sunny weather or not...

Haven't been 'home' for three years! Can't wait to be back and breathe properly again...

No nighttime til July 22? I hadn't thought of that. My 10 year old nephew left Charleston, SC USA yesterday for a trip to Denmark, his father's homeland. I can't wait to hear his description.

Well if you can't breathe there, there's no hope for you.
You've been looking forward to this for so long, I only hope it's as good as you imagined it. Have a good holiday!

I know what you mean about going to a place you can breathe again. I've been away from Vancouver Island since Christmas. It doesn't have a view quite like that, but it's still beautiful. It's the one place I can go and truly relax.
