On the road again...

So, inspired by the amazing trip to Lisbon, I'm going away again shortly. This time with my sister - and we're off to
!
Sought out, planned and paid for by her husband for her birthday. Lucky me got to be included in the gift :) Now, I'll be wanting your tips on what to see!

Then there's summer, which I am sure will be fine...

Hmmmm...I'm starting to think you're indeed VERY LUCKY ;)
I've never been to Berlin but I've heard it has an amazing cultural offer and it reasonably cheap (compared to prices in Norway, it must be really cheap!)

I've been to Germany many times (my brother has lived in Frankfurt am Main for 30+ years now), but I've never been to Berlin! I can't wait to hear your report.

Berlin is an amazingly funky and vibrant city - so full of history yet so young and new.

I've decided it's now officially the centre of new Europe.

I really enjoyed Berlin - I was there with three friends two years ago and had a great time! If you're into classical music you should definitely go to a concert with the Berlin Philharmonic - we did - and had one of the best concert experiences ever! We bought the tickets online and got front seat tickets.
