It looks a bit like dried bread, but it can be sweetened. And it won't be breadcrumbs until you smash it...And even though I found this on a Greek recipe site, and they call it paximadi, it looks more like our rusks than any paximadi I've eaten...
It was called 'hard bread' on other sites (recipe sites! You've got such dirty little minds...), but I don't know. Maybe we'll just call it pre-crumbled bread crumbs?
